non c'e' un vero e proprio "ordine" tenuto dal database

ma tu puoi assegnare degli ID alle entry (che poi usi con un ORDER BY
per ordinare quel che tiri fuori con la SELECT)

quindi cambiare ordine signicherebbe cambiare gli ID ...
