will be un successful if something would strike Italy, so God, if you exist,
please let us have some fun for some more months than you can do whatever you
want… Even if, thinking better about it, if apocalypse would come in the next
3 weeks it would be a wonderful prank  against those vacancy agencies who has
increased prices of their journeys for the end of the millennium. A festivity
we don't give a shit about since based on a X-ian calendar… So the end of THEIR
Millennium, but unluckily not THEIR end…

ANIMA IN FIAMME is the side project of Ferruccio Milanesi of ARGINE.
They play an amazing neo classical post industrial music, which mixes perfect

I think they can be considered with SPIRITUAL FRONT (for different reasons),
the best surprise of this year, and already lift up at the position among the
best Italian projects like CAMERATA MEDIOLANENSE, AIN SOPH, etc. Maybe is really
the Milanese project to be , not of inspiration, but someone with a trade d'union
and similar feelings .
The tape ANIMA sent me is a mix of tracks for compilations (ACHTUNG BABY and
CHAIN-DLK) and some other tracks, alternating industrial explosion to more classical
music oriented track with melodic voice.
I really wait their first trial on digital disk, I think there would be no problem
for them to find someone to sign for… AMAZING!!!

Lasse is back at work with soem amazing releases:

ANUS PRESLEY: Music To Listen To When You're Dead CD A Jazzassin/HWE co-release
1999. [JAZZ011]
This is the first and last CD release by danish audio-terrorists ANUS PRESLEY.
The band existed from 1987-91 and put out a few tapes that no one wanted to hear,
like "The Human Gun" and "Bodybag Muzak". The "best" from
the ANUS PRESLEY archives has been lovingly and carefully selected and edited
by member Sverre H.Kristensen just before his untimely death in 1997. He also
came up with the title for the CD. The other members were Rolf Morgensen, Leif
Frandsen and My. While being a typical "studio"-project, ANUS PRESLEY actually
did perform live a coupla of times in Denmark.
Sverre H.Kristensen was mostly known as a cartoonist, and had a huge number of
drawings and comics published in a wide variety of comic books, magazines, fanzines
and book anthologies. The world is anxiously awaiting the publication of his
last work, the 60 page comic book "Bad Pills", on Mike Hunt Publishing (USA).
Sverre also made videos, pretty much the visual equivalent to the ANUS PRESLEY
tapes, with rapid-fire editing, plagiarism and cut-ups from a wide variety of
sources, including some self-made material. The most seen of his videos are the
Church of the Subgenious documentary "Something New To Die For" and the Charles
Manson documentary "No Sense Makes Sense". Kristensen also published one issue
of the magazine Sewer Cunt; extreme entertainment simular to Answer Me! and Peter
Sotos work.

"Music To Listen To When You're Dead" is available from November 1st. Jewel case

This mail is to inform you about my new project, JAZZKAMMER. (Yeh yeh, JAZZKAMMER
and Jazzassin -so I'm a big jazz flirt, shoot me). JAZZKAMMER is what I have
been working on for the last 14 months. JAZZKAMMER is me and John Hegre. For
those of you familiar with the "Comfort of Objects" CD me and John did with Helge
'Deathprod' Sten, JAZZKAMMER will be a different experience. Moving away from

In addition to these two albums, Jazzassin Records will february 1st 2000 release
a record called "Good Music", a CD of ARM, CLOP NEPLAT, JAZZKAMMER and KA. In
my humble opinion these are among the most interesting and original artists in
Norway at the moment working within the electronica/experimental field and deserves
some attention. Each artists contributes one track.
JAZZKAMMER has performed live once, opening for our favorite band MELT-BANANA
in Bergen, october the 10th. The releaseparty for "Timex" will be held at Avant
Garden in Trondheim december 11th as part of the Klubb Kanin happening. We want
