se le connessioni sui servizi dns(53/udp) e/o ntp(123/udp) sono consentite
verso qualsiasi IP,  puoi provare a tirar su un tunnel OpenVPN over UDP. Se 
funziona ti basta attivare il masquerade sull'end-point della vpn e usarlo 
come default gw.
