Don't be charged with other irresponsible acts
Reconciliation Government Primer's, Fino's, statement
On behalf of the National Reconciliation Government, I request to the upper reporesentatives of the monarchist aletrnative, Leka Zogut, Abedin Molusmani and others to self-denounce any irresponsible and antidemocratic stand, to withdraw any kind of declarations, which do not go with any demonstrated tolerances of the ten Albanian political forces, which permeated them to come home, not to manipulate the Albanian people, not to become tools of failure and of those who have already failed. They should respect people's will and should behaive as self-refrained and with the dignity of each citizen of the Republic of Albania.
I request to any politicians and any citizens, who might be into contact with Leka Zogu, to reflect on the basis of the national consciousness and citizen's responsibility and not to urge antidemocratic actions, which are in opposition with the free elections and with the people's verdict.
At the same time, I make public, once again, my conviction that the President of the Republic, especially, in this final phase of the electoral process and of the reconstruction of the democratic institutions, should carry on with great responsibility, his own functions, and should exercise his own authority that even in the public mass media, like in the Albanian Radio-Television and ATA, to inhale any illegitimate propaganda.
I appeal, as well, to the exponents of the failed political adventure that, before leaving the country, they should not take the responsibility of the other illegitimate actions. I express my conviction that no citizens will beconme a pray of the political manipulators, already known as the nation trators in the decisive historic moments of the nation.
I appeal to all the Albanian people to pull themselves together and to be refrained, to demonstrate the same citizen and patriotic dignity, reflected in the elections of June 29-th.
I request to all the public order structures to respect law and under their own responsibility to assure public peace.
Illegitimate and destabilize acts
SPA reacts after the incident of the monarchists in Tirana
Representatives and supporters of the royal idea, headed by Leka Zogu and the so-called the Minister of the Court, Mr. Mulosmani, held an illegitimate rally in the "Scanderbeg" Square in Tirana. In this rally, Leka Zogu, in a military uniform, with a pistol in the belt, and sorrounded by armed people with kalashnikovs and bombs, illegitimkatelly demonstrated in the "Scanderbeg" Square and in Tirana roads, by launching slogans for the collapse of the Albanian government and urging country's destabilisation. These kind of actions took the life of an innocent citizen and injured some others. Berisha, in complete disperity and panic, presumably tries to involve, besides his own bands and mercenaries, Leka Zogu, as well, and his followers, in the Albanian confrontation.
SPA estimates that all the destabilizing acts on the part of Leka Zogu and the group around him, are in full resonance with Berisha's ideas and with his acts to keep the country gribbed into the total cruisis. The goal of Berisha keeps on, based on the philosophy of the old policy, of the confrontation policy and that of chaos, confusion and crisis. Considering the great loss of the Democratic Party in the fair June 29-th elections, and aiming to limit the great victory of the opposition, Berisha put into operation the contest scheme, that of boycott and insecurity.
Being the main responsible person and in full despair, he tempted to organise a coup d"etat, by nominating, anticonstitutionally, Azem Hajdari in the post of the Minister of Interior and putting into a confrontation the presidential guard with police forces. In Berisha's schemes took place the illegitimate acts of Leka Zogu, which are supported by incriminated exponents of the presidential guard, being well evidented into the European TV stations. Being still stucked to his fixed idea to hale free and fair elections, Berisha has ordered the chairman of the Central Electoral Commission to obstruct the holding of the second round of the elections.
SPA, on this occassion, convinced and secured in the inavitable victory of the Parliamentary Republic option, appeals to Leka Zogu and to his followers to recoginize people's verdict, not to be involved into destabilizing acts, which, within the Republic laws and the democratic system, are pennally punishable. The royalists should be clear that the victory of the Republic option is not related only with socialists and with the ex Berisha's opposition, but with Democratic Party, as well, and Berisha's allies and they should be familiar with it, to enjoy all the legitimate rights the citizen of the Republic has.
SPA appeals, too, to Berisha to keep his hands out of his demagogic game with two goals, who tempts to use Leka Zogu as a mean of destabilisation, by petting and urging him against socialists and, on the other side, by being in the favour of the Republic.
SPA requiers to the representatives of the Constitutional Monarchy, that, by accepting people's verdict, to be distanced from violent actiions and illegitimate manifestations. At the same time, SPA suggests to them not to become a pray of Berisha's splitting actions and philosophy, who tempts to transmit his personal loss to the others, as well, to Leka Zogu, to the Minister Mulosmani and to many others, by not being concerned at all about the others' blood, the blood of the rank and file and innocent people, under the only goal to leave Albania as a "burning ground" after they will leave the country.
SPA requires to the Government of the National Reconciliation and, especially, to the Minister of Interior and to the structures at its disposal, to impose strict measures to all of them, who tempt to destroy elections normality and urge country's destabilisation.
SPA addresses, on this occasion, to the diplonmatic corp accredited in Tirana, to the representatives of the international organisms permanently located in Albania and to those present in the observation of the parliamentary elections, to exercise their authority to avoid actions, which tempt to re-establish chaos in the country.
By remaining faithful to its statments of June 29-th, as the day of the great victory, which used to produce only winners and no loosers, SPA requires to all its sympathizers and supporters, to avoid, through maturity, any kind of provocations that Berisha tempts to denye SPA victory. SPA guarantees all the Albanians that it is determined to re-ectablish peace and order in the country, within a short period of time, and to avoid any destabilizing attempts.
