Qualcosa di simile l'avevo letta anche in quell'articolo di quel tipo Panerai 
(mi pare)... Un altro tentativo di collegare gli hackers con qualcosa di 
oscuro e minaccioso?

computers within ten minutes. Future attacks, says Gerhard Eschelbeck, the 
technology boss of Qualys, a network-security monitoring firm, will do their 
damage within a couple of minutes. Qualys says that it takes organisations an 
average of one month to patch their known vulnerabilities."

Questo potrebbe essere un vantaggio per la diffusione dell'open-source. 
Basterebbe riflettere sul fatto che i tempi per l'eliminazione di queste 
"vulnerabilita'" potrebbero essere ridotti, se invece di dover aspettare la 
patch ufficiale, ci si puo' lavorare direttamente, appoggiandosi inoltre ad 
una comunita' di dimensioni non indifferenti. E poi IMO e' sempre meglio 
risolvere determinati "difetti" invece che patcharli.
